Penguin is a registered user on Bitcoin-OTC’s Web of Trust. The Bitcoin-OTC site associates users with PGP-signed keys (fingerprints) rather than real-world names; the public view for nick “penguin” would display the linked PGP key fingerprint but does not reveal the user’s real identity.
