I could not retrieve a usable profile for bitdave from the provided Bitcoin-OTC page. The viewgpg.php endpoint appears inaccessible from here, and Bitcoin-OTC profiles are tied to a Web of Trust with GPG keys rather than a public name directory. Without access to that page, I can’t confirm who bitdave is beyond being a registered OTC user.
