GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is a free, open‑source raster graphics editor. It is a project of the GNU Project, originally created by Spencer Kimball and Peter Mattis in 1995, and developed by a community of volunteers under the Free Software Foundation. The project is sustained by donations, including through gimp.org/donating.
